We collect information you provide directly to us when you fill out the demo request form on our website. This includes: your name, work email, company name, role, and any notes you choose to share about your interest in Radix.

We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to collect anonymised data about how visitors use our website. This includes pages visited, time spent on the site, scroll depth, and outbound clicks. This data is collected via cookies and sent to Google LLC (United States). IP anonymisation is enabled. We do not use advertising or tracking pixels.

Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, may collect basic technical data (IP address, browser type, request timestamps) for security and abuse prevention. This data is processed under Cloudflare's own privacy practices.

Why we collect it

We use the information you provide to respond to your demo request, schedule a meeting, and follow up about Radix. Our legal basis under GDPR is either your consent (when you submit the form) or our legitimate interest in responding to inbound business inquiries.

We do not use your information for marketing emails, profiling, or automated decision-making.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information.

We share your data only with service providers strictly necessary to operate our business: our email provider (Google Workspace), our hosting provider (Cloudflare), and in the future, our customer relationship management tool. Each of these providers is contractually bound to handle your data in line with applicable law.

We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of Radix or others.

How long we keep it

We retain demo request data for as long as necessary to follow up and maintain a record of our business relationship, typically up to three years from your last interaction with us. You may request earlier deletion at any time.

International transfers

Radix is established in the United States. If you are located in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, your data will be transferred to the United States. We rely on the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and Standard Contractual Clauses as the legal basis for these transfers.
